Air Conditioning Services

Repair, seasonal maintenance, and system installation for central air conditioning — for homes and businesses in Frederick and across Weld County.

AC Repair & Diagnostics

When your system isn't cooling, we diagnose the actual cause and fix it — not just the symptom.

  • AC running but not cooling
  • Frozen evaporator coils
  • Refrigerant leaks and low charge
  • Weak airflow from vents
  • Failed capacitors, contactors & motors
  • Thermostat and control problems

Seasonal AC Tune-Ups

A pre-season tune-up keeps your system efficient and catches wear before it becomes a breakdown.

  • Full system inspection
  • Condenser coil cleaning
  • Refrigerant charge verification
  • Electrical component testing
  • Condensate drain check
  • Filter check & thermostat calibration

Installation & Replacement

When repair no longer makes financial sense, we'll tell you — and size a new system correctly for your home.

  • Central AC installation
  • Full system replacement
  • Proper load-based sizing
  • High-efficiency system options
  • Honest repair-vs-replace guidance

Not sure if it's worth repairing?

A good rule of thumb: if your AC is more than 12–15 years old and facing a major repair — like a failed compressor — replacement is often the better long-term investment. For newer systems or smaller repairs, fixing it usually makes more sense.

We'll give you a straight answer either way. We don't work on commission, and we'd rather keep a customer for the next 20 years than oversell one job.

Keep it running with a maintenance plan

Most AC failures we see in July trace back to problems a spring tune-up would have caught. Our maintenance plan includes your AC tune-up every spring, plus a heating tune-up in fall.

What a proper AC diagnosis looks like

A system that isn't cooling has a cause — and guessing at it wastes your money. When we diagnose an AC problem, we check the whole chain: thermostat call, electrical supply, capacitor and contactor condition, compressor operation, refrigerant pressures against manufacturer specs, evaporator and condenser coil condition, and airflow. You get an explanation of what failed, why, and what it costs to fix — before any work starts.
